Honey heart - without milk and eggs - measured in glasses
the cake is a simple and quick cake that is easy to prepare from almost all the ingredients you have at home. It has a juicy and refreshing taste, a bit forgotten and that's why we are returning it to the list of everyday cakes.
Ingredients:
2.5 cups of flour
1 spoon of cocoa
1 bag of baking powder, 10g
1 bag of cinnamon of 10g or as desired
1.5 glasses of carbonated water / milk
1/2 cup of oil
1 glass of sugar
10 + 8 spoons of apricot jam
100 + 100g of chocolate
30 – 50 ml of oil
Preparation:
Turn on the oven to heat it to 180 degrees.
Sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder into a bowl.
In another container, mix sour water, sugar and jam and mix so that the sugar and jam combine with the water and begin to dissolve.
In another container, add the dry ingredients and mix.
At the end, add oil and combine.
Pour half the mixture into a 33 x 23 cm lined pan and bake for 12 minutes, maybe a minute longer or shorter depending on your oven. The cover needs to be caught.
During this time, mix 8 spoons of softer jam and 100g of grated chocolate.
If the jam is hard, heat it or add a few spoons of hot water, mix and then add.
Take the tray out of the oven and coat it with the jam and chocolate mixture.
Now pour the remaining cake mixture all over and spread it out.
Return the cake to bake again.
I baked for another 30 minutes.
Cover the baked cake with chocolate (100 g of chocolate and 30-50 ml of oil, it depends on whether you want the glaze to set or remain softer)
Serve the cooled cake. It can be eaten lukewarm...who can't stand it, like my family, so I had to cut it lukewarm.
